Connected autonomous vehicles (CAVs) are an example of upcoming transportation technology that will revolutionize the way we travel. Fundamentally, these vehicles rely on external and internal technology to drive through a route that is programmed by the user rather than human operation. Transportation professionals from the public, private, and academic sectors collaborate to develop these technologies that will solve the mobility and accessibility problems that society currently face. Within this seminar, we will have representatives from Kittelson & Associates from the private sector, City of Toronto from the public sector, and York University from the academic sector to discuss how their work addresses these issues and the impact it will have on society in the future.

This event will also be live-streamed on Youtube for anyone unable to register or access the Zoom Link. Join us on Youtube Live here! https://youtu.be/973VPVsSU00
