Who We Are

Lassonde Motorsports is the Formula SAE team of Lassonde School of Engineering at York University. We are a multidisciplinary team of passionate students designing and building a racecar that will be the pride of York University. Being a new engineering school, Lassonde distinguishes itself from others by going beyond the traditional curriculum. Similarly, we at Lassonde Motorsports are eager to go beyond the ordinary in student-designed race cars. As "renaissance engineers", we are keen to innovate, learn and think differently. We carry a unique social consciousness and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. We are building strong foundations for a team that will compete in the years to come.
