- New TAs who want to learn from the experience of their peers/mentors.
- Experienced TAs who want to share their experience and learn new ways of tackling common problems by being exposed to other people’s perspectives.
- Faculty members and staff that would like to understand problems TAs may have been too embarrassed to raise and help them.
- Members of the Civil Engineering (and greater Lassonde) community have an opportunity to mingle in a casual, non-threatening environment.

Natasha May
Teaching Commons at York University
Natasha is an educational developer in the Teaching Commons at York University. She works with teaching assistants and faculty members at York, and in C4 more specifically, on curriculum design and development. She is particularly interested in how capstone experiences contribute to students’ learning in their programs and how students can demonstrate their achievements in their program of study—especially in C4!
