Weather Discussion #1 at Environment Canada

YASC is inviting you to our third in-person Weather Discussion at the Environment Canada office. The event will be held on Mon Oct 7. This event is a great opportunity to meet professional meteorologists working at the Ontario Storm Prediction Centre and catch an exclusive look at the forecasting tools used in the office! It's also a good chance to meet fellow YASC members. We are planning to leave at 5:00 PM sharp from the ESSE Lounge (Petrie 103). Please bring your Presto card as we will be taking the TTC bus to the EC office (4905 Dufferin St, M3H 5T4). We will spend about 2 hours discussing the current weather and learning forecasting techniques with meteorologist Ryan Rozinskis. We will return back to the York campus afterwards.
